Meet Brendan
Brendan Gregory AIA, NCARB is a workplace strategist, urban enthusiast, and licensed architect focused on the role of place in shaping how work happens. Based in Atlanta, he operates at the intersection of design, construction, real estate, and hospitality—helping organizations create workplaces that support focus, collaboration, and community.
Through The Work(place), Brendan explores how offices can evolve from places people have to go into places they want to be.
Brendan holds a Master of Architecture from Kansas State University (2016) and a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Urban Planning and Economic Development from Georgia State University (2023). Before focusing on workplace strategy, he worked across architecture firms as a designer, project manager, and architect, delivering retail, hospitality, and mixed-use environments. He is a licensed architect in the state of Georgia and currently serves as Senior Manager of Workplace Strategy at Industrious, a leading provider of premium coworking and flexible office solutions.
